10 tips to lose weight and find a flat stomach

10- Foods rich in protein + vegetables + fruits

Turkey breast or chicken, ham, veal escalope, tuna, salmon, especially if steamed or grilled, served with asparagus, spinach, green beans, aubergine, Beetroot, broccoli, tomatoes or carrots will allow you to get a flatter belly.

Eat also fresh or cooked fruits: strawberries, kiwis, pineapple, papayas, peaches, nectarines and apples.
